PES 2014 World Challenge

XAPOFX1_3.dll error, X3DAudio1_7.dll error and game won`t start anymore or never start

Wondering what should be done when the game PES 2014 World Challenge does not start at all is playing with you hide and seek? Or when you want to run game and not start anything ?
