XAPOFX1_3.dll error, X3DAudio1_7.dll error and game won`t start anymore or never start

Wondering what should be done when the game Forza Horizon 5 does not start at all is playing with you hide and seek? Or when you want to run game and not start anything ? Or maybe XAPOFX1_3.dll is missing ? or X3DAudio1_7.dll is missing ? First be sure that you have installed gaming runtime prerequisites from here and restart the Laptop or PC and try again.

Another reason can be, cause you don`t have steam installed (some games needs) and you need to download it and install it from bellow.
