XAPOFX1_3.dll error, X3DAudio1_7.dll error and game won`t start anymore or never start

Wondering what should be done when the game Century Age of Ashes does not start at all is playing with you hide and seek? Or when you want to run game and not start anything ? Or maybe XAPOFX1_3.dll is missing ? or X3DAudio1_7.dll is missing ? First be sure that you have installed gaming runtime prerequisites from here and restart the Laptop or PC and try again.
